Neal Villa, designed by Architect Amin Torkan and developed by 900 Consulting Engineers, has been awarded the 2024 Golden Trezzini Gold Certificate in the Best Implemented Private Residence category. The project was recognized for its precise execution, refined spatial quality, and its strong architectural response to the natural farmland context of Isfahan.
Rooted in a concept that seeks calmness away from chaotic urban life, the villa uses a subtle rotation in its massing to open framed views toward untouched nature, while the sunken garden provides a climate‑responsive space embedded within the earth. This thoughtful balance of protection, openness, and natural light played a key role in the jury’s decision.
